Bookings are confirmed only when we provide written or verbal confirmation. Some treatments require a deposit, which will be deducted from the final cost. Cancellations: 48+ hours' notice — deposit refunded or moved to a new date. Less than 48 hours or no-show — deposit may be retained or a fee charged. Children and Under-18s: We do not treat clients under 18. Children cannot be present in treatment rooms. Pets Policy: For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not permitted inside the clinic. The only exception is for registered guide dogs.

4. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

Prices are shown on our website or provided before booking. Prices are in GBP (£) and may change, but not for confirmed bookings. Payment is due on the day of treatment unless agreed otherwise. Refund Policy: No refunds for completed treatments. Concerns will be addressed with a follow-up where possible. Retail products can be returned if unopened and unused. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable.
