Booking Appointments: Appointments can be requested via our website, email, or in person. Bookings are confirmed only when we provide written or verbal confirmation, and in some cases, after a deposit.
Deposits: Some treatments require a deposit, which will be deducted from the final cost. Deposits may be forfeited if you cancel late or fail to attend.
Cancellations:
48+ hours’ notice: Deposit refunded or moved to a new date.
Less than 48 hours or no-show: Deposit may be retained or a fee charged.
Repeated late cancellations may result in prepayment for future bookings.
Health Requirements: You must provide accurate medical information before treatment. Withholding information may result in complications for which we are not liable. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if unsafe.
Children and Under-18s: We do not treat clients under 18. Children cannot be present in treatment rooms.
Pets Policy (Health and Safety): For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not permitted inside the clinic. The only exception is for registered guide dogs.
During Treatment: Follow all instructions provided by our practitioners. If you experience discomfort, let us know immediately.
Results and Expectations: Treatment outcomes vary. Results are not guaranteed. Refunds are not provided for treatments carried out professionally as described.
4. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds
Pricing: Prices are shown on our website or provided before booking. Prices are in GBP (£) and may change, but not for confirmed bookings.
Payment: Payment is due on the day of treatment unless agreed otherwise. Deposits paid will be deducted from the final bill.
Packages: Discounted packages must be paid in advance. These are non-refundable once treatment has started.
Refund Policy:
No refunds for completed treatments.
Concerns will be addressed with a follow-up where possible.
Retail products (e.g., skincare) can be returned if unopened and unused. Defective products will be replaced or refunded.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
